| Over the last 20 years, Greg has become an expert in investment for the resources sector and managing international mining companies. He has more than 10 years experience in investment banking for the resources sector, primarily with the Deutsche Bank Group and Gryphon Partners, a boutique resources investment bank. Greg has worked with Normandy Mining for nearly 10 years in several roles, growing the company's asset base throughout the world. This included heading business development for the African and European operations, Gre also spearheaded Normandy's entry into the Americas, including acquiring operating and exploration assets under TVX Normandy Americas, of which he was President. Greg lives in Sydney and holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney. |

| Kerry is a chartered accountant with more than 20 years experience in business advisory and commercial roles in Australia and internationally. Before joining Panax, Kerry was the Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer of Arrow Energy Limited, an ASX listed gas exploration, development and production company with a market capitalisation of approximately $2 billion. Kerry commenced his career with KPMG where for nearly 9 years he was responsible for a significant number of audit, advisory, due diligence, and capital raising assignments. |

| Kerry is a Certified Practicing Accountant with more than 20 years experience in the accounting industry, most of which has been in key roles within the mining industry. She has managed accounting, treasury, finance and shared service functions for a number of large mining and mining service groups, and has managed accounting and regulatory reporting roles several ASX-listed companies. Kerry is also currently the Company Secretary of Chesser Resources Ltd and Bondi Mining Ltd. |

| Stephen Evans is the Managing Director of a leading Adelaide based accounting firm, “RJC Evans & Co” which was established in 1920. Stephen has more than 25 years experience in advising small, medium and large corporations in relation to tax, accounting, financial and business matters. He is a member of the Taxation Institute of Australia, National Institute of Accountants and a fellow of the Institute of Company Directors. He brings a wealth of experience in the accounting, financial and taxation fields to the Board. |

Ian was trained as a Petroleum Geologist at the Royal School of Mines at Imperial College London in the United Kingdom. He has had an extensive career with Shell International, working int he United Kingdom, Norway, The Netherlands, Vietnam, New Zealand and Oman as well as being an independent consultant on sedimentary basins. Ian was a co-founder of the geothermal consultancy Hot Dry Rocks Pty Ltd and one of the two founding directors of Osiris. |

David is a mechanical engineer with more than 30 years experience and expertise in the design, construction, commissioning and operation of geothermal steamfields and power plants, including geothermal resource development and assessment. He spent several years as the General Manager of a medium-sized geothermal engineering and service company. David has a proven track-record in geothermal development on an international level, having been involved in the development of a number of geothermal projects in New Zealand, Indonesia and Philippines. |

John has extensive commercial experience in the mining and resources sectors. For a number of years has held senior executive and commercial roles with Santos Limited, CH4 Gas Limited, and Arrow Energy Limited. John has invaluable expertise in commercial negotiations and agreements. His knowledge and experience in this field is crucial for our current and expanding portfolio of projects in Indonesia and management of our Australian projects. |

Chris was formerly the Chief Geologist for Torrens Energy Limited and was also Technical Manager for the Australian Geothermal Energy Association. Chris has a wealth of experience in the Otway Basin, having completed a substantial part of his studies on the Otway Basin and surrounding Limestone Coast region. He is experienced in working on conventional geothermal systems in Indonesia and the Philippines, similar to the projects Panax is targeting in Indonesia. For a person in such a technical role, Chris has a very commercial outlook which is a very rare and highly sought after combination in a geologist. |

Sjaiful has 35 years of experience in the geothermal sector. He graduated from the Geological Department of Bandung Institute Technology and was senior leader of Unocal Geothermal of Indonesia - later named Chevron Geothermal Indonesia. During his time with Unocal he was actively involved in the company's 330 megawatt Salak geothermal project in Java, Sarulla geothermal project in Northern Sunatra and several geothermal projects in the United States. Sjaiful was also involved int eh energy sales contract re-negotiation of the Salak, Sarulla and Wayang Windu geothermal power stations. Before he joined Unocal, Sjaiful was employed by the Volcanology Cal Survey of Indonesia for geothermal projets in Indonesia. He has been part of the Panax team for three years developeing projects in Indonesia. |
